Padovani, a name granting a vast and proven experience in the design and manufacture of moulds and equipment for biscuit companies. Since 1969, Padovani has been producing hight-quality biscuit moulds for all types of machines on the market. Since 1995, Padovani has also been producing machines and equipement for biscuit factories as well as complete lines for biscuits (from the mixer unit to the cooling system), aiming to offer our customers cutting-edge technologies and know-how combined with extremely hight quality and very competitive prices. The takeover of the company Tecno-Stamp in 2007, the first one in Europe producing machines for filled biscuits since 1973, has enable the improvement of our range that, to this day, includes extruding and dropping machines, suitable for both small and big industrial productions. Padovani: 40 years to the customer's disposal!

INTERPACK 2026
Spotlights will soon be turned on the 2026 edition of the Interpack exhibition in Düsseldorf and we at Padovani, being leaders in the production of moulds and equipment for the confectionery industry, cannot miss this appointment. While the previous edition of 2023 was like breathing fresh air after experiencing pandemic and lockdowns, this one takes place in a quite uncertain and troubled geo-politic global scenario. For all of those companies whose export is a very strong selling point, this period is surely brining new challenges along and developing new strategies and commercial policies might have recently become a routine of the working day… Relying on our what experience taught us during our 57 years long history, for us at Padovani, staying reactive and flexible while sticking by our usual quality and effective service, can be the key for successfully overcoming this new defy. Just in the light of this, Interpack will be the perfect stage for a preview of our newest moulding machine on baking trays: the R2 PRO. For decades, our R2 and R3 moulding machines have been the perfect choice for both artisans and small bakers to start their semi-automated biscuits production, as well as for industrial manufacturers to have a lab R&D equipment simulating working conditions similar to those of the large-scale ones. Now, thanks to a carefully targeted technical study, we are proud to introduce a restyled machine which will make our customers’ life even easier: faster mould replacement, intuitive and clearer settings and reduced downtimes are some of the main features that our new moulding machines offer. Machines for the industrial production
The experience gained in the construction of machines and equipment for biscuits has enabled us to diversify our range in order to meet any production need. Our industrial machines suitable for tunnel ovens are intended for large scale biscuit productions and can be completely automated. Thanks to a wide range of accessories, it is also possible to decorate the surface of the biscuits. All the machines are equipped with a “touch screen” control panel, where the user can set up the machine, save and recall the various settings.
Machines for small production - R&D labs
The experience gained in the construction of machines and equipment for biscuits has enabled us to diversify our range in order to meet any production need. To that purpose, we can offer machines for small outputs or suitable for R&D laboratories, as well as machines 600mm wide on baking trays, which allow good production capacities while maintaining a very high flexibility and ease of use. All the machines are equipped with a “touch screen” control panel where the user can set up the machine, save and recall the various settings
